Beg Your Pardon?

I would appreciate it a lot if the big important news reporters, congressfolk, and activist-types would stop referring to Americans as "gasoline addicted." It's hardly my fault that fossil fuels are the only viable option available to us right now.


This is not Europe. We don't have as dense a population per state or country as Poland, for example. That makes the use of trains and mass transit for criss-crossing our state or even counties slightly not cost effective.

So I guess we should annex much of the west to Canada and Mexico and have all the present residents west of Illinois move east!
